Founder & CEO, JKIN Group

Jay Kinra is a dynamic young entrepreneur and businessman. He attributes his success to the unique blend of work experience in the technology and realty sectors. Jay is known as a technology innovator and an award-winning real estate professional in India with keen attention to detail.

Jay holds a Business Degree from Santa Clara University where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with academic honors.

Jay’s foray into Real Estate began in 2005 at his native place Los Altos California where he started his career as a real estate broker for top-tier Silicon Valley Tech companies like early-stage Googlers and Brocade Communications Founder Mr. Kumar Malavalli.

In 2008 Jay relocated to Pune India where he became a founder and Director of INC Developers, a luxury Real Estate Construction company in partnership with the Directors of Amar Builders. Jay was responsible for the overall construction and sales for their award-winning projects like Manhattan, Montreal Business Center, Boston, and Westview.

In 2017 Jay branched out and started JKIN Group to continue his developments in the Luxury Real Estate market of Pune under JKIN Realty and also to further expand the business to new ventures in technology under JKIN Technologies.

JKIN Realty expanded its offerings from just a pure-play builder/developer model to offering its professional services to the market with a Design & Build model. JKIN Realty offers Architectural Services, Project Management Services, Brand Development Services & Sales & Marketing Services to its clients. With a truly international design sensibility, JKIN Projects stand out in Pune’s market.

JKIN Technologies, headquartered in Silicon Valley focuses on digital transformation through its partnership with HokuApps. Through this partnership, JKIN Technologies has streamlined hundreds of organizations by digitizing their processes enabling them with the benefits of integrated custom business application mobility. HokuApps holds a solid portfolio of clients from established enterprises to new-age companies such as Temasek Holdings, Harvard Business School, start-ups, and through JKIN Technologies are newly opening the market of India with a resounding response in digitizing workflows and building enterprise-grade business Apps.

Jay has unique hobbies and varied interests. He enjoys playing tennis, golfing, surfing, wakeboarding, snowboarding, hiking, jogging and strumming his acoustic guitar.
