Unlike the simple and typical box buildings that are prevalent in the landscape of the existing industrial parks, JKIN Group designs and builds to inspire, invent, and create. Our industrial parks designs feature a variety of building types throughout the campus in addition to the warehouse structures. Typically, a mixture of service, amenity, and retail buildings and flanked by hotels, medical offices, ancillary office spaces, and sometimes even apartments. We create quality spaces where people can work efficiently and interact comfortably.

Integrated Ameneties

The amenities, such as retail, shopping, coffee shops, shared co-working spaces, hotels, meeting rooms, restaurants, and more – offer both the company and its employees’ park services. By providing these amenities, a reduction in overall traffic is achieved greatly reducing greenhouse gas.

The warehouse structures are strategically placed throughout. This design encourages businesses and their employees to utilize the full range of services being provided within the park and allows reinvestment back into the community through the service establishments.
